Opening statement
Most people used AI in 2025 to be faster.
I used it to be harder to replace.
This year was not about prompts, shortcuts, or novelty. It was about pressure-testing ideas until only the durable ones survived.
I wasn’t asking AI for answers. I was using it to interrogate my own thinking.
The rejection
What this year was not
- Productivity hacks
- Output inflation
- Performative creativity
- Algorithm-chasing relevance
Speed is cheap. Judgment isn’t.
AI didn’t reward shallow thinkers this year. It exposed them faster.
Method
How ChatGPT was actually used
Longform over snippets. Iteration over completion. Frameworks over opinions.
Ideas were rewritten until they could survive scrutiny, contradiction, and time.
If a thought couldn’t hold for 5,000 words, it wasn’t ready.
The metric
The real output of 2025 was not volume. It was orientation.
From reacting → reframing
From advising → architecting
From relevance → consequence
ANTIGEN
Declaration
ANTIGEN is not opposition. ANTIGEN is adaptive pressure.
Systems don’t fail from lack of ideas. They fail from lack of immunity.
Growth stagnates when organisations stop questioning the structures that once made them successful.
ANTIGEN exists to reintroduce productive tension.
ANTIGEN
Position
This is not consulting. This is not facilitation. This is not inspiration.
This is cognitive intervention.
If your system cannot tolerate challenge, it is already decaying.
Writing line
I do not write to be skimmed. I write to be returned to.
Essays over decks. Paragraphs over slogans. Arguments over tone.
If an idea cannot survive longform, it will not survive time.
Output
What was built
Not products. Not launches. Not noise.
Frameworks. Lenses. Intellectual infrastructure.
Thinking that compounds.
